New Health and Fitness society for Seniors

The new Queen's College Health and Fitness society will provide an opportunity for girls in the Senior College to maintain their fitness and consider all sorts of ways to adopt an even healthier lifestyle. Led by Miss Williams, the weekly sessions will focus on a mixture of resistance work, cardio and core training, and there will also be discussions of general health and nutrition. The classes aim to give the girls an idea of the type of fitness classes they might take part in at university and on into their twenties.

The society will meet on Mondays at 4.15–5.15pm in the University of Westminster gym. All I and II Seniors are welcome, but places are limited. Priority will be given to regular attenders.
