Trinity Drama evening at Queen's
On Thurs 25 February students preparing for their Trinity College Drama exams showed their work to friends and family in the Pfeiffer Hall. A varied programme of monologues, duologues and group pieces was very well received by those present. Amongst many excellent performances, perhaps the highlight of the evening, was the portrayal by Lily (1G) of Juliet, about to take the potion that will send her into a death-like sleep and battling with her fears of what will surround her when she wakes and whether she will see Romeo again. One of those taking part, Emily (2WA) writes about her experience of Trinity Drama: 'Trinity Drama is a lot of fun. It was very enjoyable rehearsing our piece and being able to show our hard work in front of an audience. I was very pleased with it and I also very much enjoyed watching what other people had done.'
