Little Corgis Fees
Termly fees for the 2026/2027 academic year include five full days throughout term time, Monday to Friday from 8.30am-3.15pm and 15 free hours of government funding.

Government Funding
All families are entitled to 15 hours of free universal government funding per week. Families may choose to access these funded hours on their own or combine them with privately funded sessions to create a full-time Little Corgis place.
Your Fees Include
Your daughter's fees include:
- A warm, nurturing early years environment
- A rich programme of learning through play
- Educational activities and resources
- Afternoon snack during privately funded sessions
Deposit
A refundable deposit of £500 is payable when a place at Little Corgis is accepted.
A further refundable deposit of £1,500 is required when a pupil progresses to Reception.
Both deposits are refunded when your daughter leaves the school, subject to the School's Terms and Conditions.

Preparatory School Fees
Fees are charged termly and are inclusive of VAT. A catering charge is payable each term and covers lunches and snacks where applicable.

Core hours
The following are our core hours from Monday to Friday during term time:
Reception to Year 2: 8.30am-3.20pm every day
Year 3 to Year 6: 8.30am-4.00pm (Monday to Thursday); 8.30am-3.30pm (Friday)
Wraparound care extends the day for all year groups from 7.30am to 6.00pm, from Monday to Friday during term time.

Application Fees
To apply for a place at QCPS:
- Application Fee: £180 (non-refundable, inclusive of VAT)
- Acceptance Deposit: £2,000
When a place is accepted, an acceptance deposit of £2,000 is payable. This deposit is refundable when your daughter leaves the College, provided the required notice has been given.

Application Fees
To apply for a place at Queen's College:
- Application Fee: £180 (non-refundable, inclusive of VAT)
- Acceptance Deposit: £3,000
When a place is accepted, an acceptance deposit of £3,000 is payable. £1,000 will be deducted from your daughter's first term's fees. The remaining £2,000 is refundable when she leaves the College, provided the required notice has been given.

Sibling discount
A 20% tuition fee discount is available for a third sibling attending Queen's while her two older sisters remain enrolled at the College.
Terms & Conditions

Tuition fees are payable termly in advance by Direct Debit. A Direct Debit mandate will be provided when your child joins Queen's.

One full term's written notice is required before a pupil leaves Queen's. If the required notice is not given, one term's fees will be payable in lieu of notice.

Tuition fees cannot be reduced or refunded for periods of absence.

Interest may be charged on overdue accounts. In accordance with the College's Terms and Conditions, persistent non-payment may result in a pupil's withdrawal from the school.
