Bursary Fund
Queen's College has been widening access to an exceptional education since 1848. Our Bursary Fund helps talented young people join our community regardless of their financial circumstances, ensuring that ability, ambition and potential - not income - determine opportunity.

Why Bursaries matter
Since our foundation, Queen's has believed that education has the power to transform lives. Our bursary recipients enrich the life of the College with their talents, perspectives and experiences, while benefiting from the lifelong friendships and opportunities that define a Queen's education.
Every gift to the Bursary Fund helps open the doors of Queen's to young people who might otherwise not have the opportunity to study here.
Our ambition is for 10% of Queen's pupils to receive full bursaries, made possible through the generosity of our community.
The impact of your support
Every donation, whatever its size, helps create life-changing opportunities for talented pupils.
Transforming lives
Bursaries enable pupils to benefit from a Queen's education regardless of financial circumstances.
Strengthening our community
A diverse pupil body enriches classroom discussion, school life and the friendships formed across the College.
Investing in the future
Today's bursary recipients become tomorrow's leaders, innovators and changemakers.
Our latest appeal: Every Girl Every Step
Thank you to everyone who supported our most recent Bursary Fund appeal, Every Girl Every Step in June 2026. Through the generosity of alumnae, parents, staff and friends of Queen's, we raised over £60,000 to help provide life-changing educational opportunities for talented young people.

Can I make my donation in memory of someone?
Yes. We would be honoured to help you make a donation in memory of a loved one. If you would like to discuss an in-memory gift or explore the different ways your donation can recognise someone special, please contact our Head of Development, Lucy Campbell, who will be happy to guide you through the options and answer any questions you may have.

Is my donation eligible for Gift Aid?
Yes. If you are a UK taxpayer, your donation may be eligible for Gift Aid, allowing Queen's College London to claim an additional 25p for every £1 you donate at no extra cost to you. Simply complete the Gift Aid declaration when making your donation, and your gift will go even further in supporting bursaries and helping talented pupils benefit from a Queen's education.
