Partnerships and Outreach
At Queen's College London and Queen's College Preparatory School, we know that education brings huge benefits when it extends beyond the classroom. Through partnerships with schools, charities, community organisations and local businesses, we encourage every pupil to develop compassion, leadership and a strong sense of social responsibility. From the earliest years in our Pre-School through to Senior College (Sixth Form), our pupils are inspired to make a positive difference within their local community and beyond.
Charity Fundraising and Volunteering
Supporting others is an integral part of life at Queen's. Throughout the year, pupils across both the Prep School and College take part in a wide range of charitable fundraising initiatives, developing teamwork, creativity and a commitment to helping others.
House fundraising activities are led by pupils and include everything from bake sales and creative competitions to sponsored challenges and community events. Each House supports its chosen charity, while our Sixth Form students and both Parents' Associations also select charities to benefit from their extensive annual fundraising efforts.
Community service is an important part of Sixth Form life. Every Wednesday afternoon, Sixth Form students volunteer with local schools and charities, contributing their time, skills and enthusiasm while gaining valuable experience and developing a deeper understanding of the communities around them.
Supporting Local Schools
We are proud to enjoy long-standing partnerships with local state schools, creating opportunities for collaboration, shared learning and enrichment for pupils of all ages.
Our relationship with St Vincent's Primary School is one example of this commitment. Several Queen's Sixth Form students volunteer regularly at the school, while St Vincent's pupils visit Queen's throughout the year to enjoy subject masterclasses, participate in our Primary Maths Challenge and make use of our specialist facilities. These partnerships provide enriching experiences for pupils from both schools while strengthening links within our local community.
Southwark Schools Learning Partnership
Queen's is a proud member of the Southwark Schools Learning Partnership (SSLP), a collaboration of 16 state and independent schools committed to providing exceptional educational opportunities for pupils and professional development for teachers.
Through the SSLP, Queen's regularly hosts events for pupils and staff from partner schools, including our popular Stockmarket Challenge, alongside workshops, enrichment activities and the inspiring Thinking About lecture series featuring expert speakers from a wide range of disciplines.

Girls Human Rights Hub
We are honoured to work closely with the Girls Human Rights Hub, founded by Sultana Tafadar KC and her daughter, a current Queen's pupil. The Hub champions the rights of girls around the world through education, advocacy and public engagement.
This partnership reflects our shared belief that girls' education should empower young women not only with academic knowledge but also with the confidence, empathy and leadership skills to make a meaningful contribution to society. Through workshops, events and collaboration with the Hub, pupils gain valuable insight into how legal expertise, advocacy and principled leadership can create lasting social change.
Queen's is proud to have signed the Hub's Global Pledge, publicly affirming our commitment to advancing girls' rights and joining an international community working towards greater equality, opportunity and justice.
